If it is URGENT call us between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

For after hours emergencies please contact the specialist emergency trades here.

Independent Unit Management will not be held responsible in the event that this request is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Only unit owners' requests will be arranged by IUM strata managers. Tenants must contact their agent or landlord for repairs or maintenance.
