In accordance with Schedule 1, clause 12 of the Property, Stock and Business Agents Regulation 2014, An agent who refers a person to a service provider must disclose the nature of any relationship, whether personal or commercial with the service provider, and the nature and value of any rebate, discount, commission or benefit the agent may receive, or expects to receive, by referring the client or customer to the service provider.
The agent discloses all commercial relationship with service providers on the Management Agency Agreement as well as the Annual General Meeting notices to all owners.
